• INNOVATIVE PROGRAMS for CREATIVE KIDS.

The Michigan Creativity Association is a non-profit organization hosting the Michigan Affiliate of the Destination Imagination program, Creative Challenge Day for Special Education classrooms, and workshops / camps for innovative youth.

  • WHAT WE DO

We are a network of dedicated educators, creativity experts, and enthusiastic volunteers offering year-round programming for creative kids.

Teams of students utilize their innovative thinking strategies to develop creative solutions to complex challenges, which they showcase at local tournaments - which are "celebrations of creativity".

A classroom challenge for Special Education providers that exposes special learners to creativity, problem solving, and teamwork.

Our EXTREME CHALLENGE and INSTANT CHALLENGE Competitions are both one-day experiences where student teams flex their fast-paced problem-solving abilities!

An overnight summer camp experience that pushes student creativity to the limits! Students will learn new skills, participate in crazy challenges, and enjoy a wooded waterfront estate.

An annual application-based trip to an international creativity festival. In recent years, we've traveled to Poland, China, and Qatar.
