INSPIRATION ALERT!

Innovative solutions solving real-life challenges, by one of our very own DI participants

broken image

William, a 10th grade student with Chippewa Valley Destination Imagination, currently owns 5 3D printers that he purchased with his own money by mowing lawns, shoveling snow and saving all his money from birthdays and holidays. He can print about 25 masks a day. He has sent them to the Upper Peninsula, Saginaw, and all over Macomb County.

William said that his time participating in Destination Imagination, Inc. has given him the ability to use his talents in creative ways and project management skills to serve his community. He's not afraid to call businesses and ask for support and let them know how he can support them during this time.

Are you or any students/volunteers in your community flexing your creativity during these unprecedented times? Share with us:
